Paperless Conference

LCS executed a paperless conference for a large Fortune 500 company in which over three hundred and fifty senior executives, from around the world, attended. All executives either already possessed a Palm or LCS provided them with a Palm VIIx. The goal was to avoid handing out any paper during the conference. This revolutionary step in management allowed the executives to:

  • Download documents from Corporate Intranet site to provide access to papers on various relevant topics, such as, mission statements, research publications, internal agenda, etc.
  • Get Lotus Notes-based email from the corporate Intranet servers located in every corner of the world.
  • Get up to the minute detailed agenda, including room numbers for the break out sessions as well as their golf tee or spa appointment.

Consultants Time Sheet

LCS developed time and expense sheet forms on handheld PC's for a Fortune 100 Company. The organization realized payback in less than one year. The solution allowed the consultants to:

  • Remotely update the enterprise database with billable time, expenses with details, billable expenses, etc.
  • Confirm receipt of service allowing the client's paperless signature to be stored using Signature Capture Technology.
